Not interested in resolving the Diaoyu Islands dispute
"Vietnam in the South China Sea issue, no United States location"
On May 30 after 5:30 P.M., Fu coming out Shangri-La dialogue, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the NPC, the first in the Asia-Pacific multilateral security forum for the most influential voice in China. Fu Ying attended the theme of "Asia-Pacific security and diplomatic management" TV debates on the regional security situation, Sino-Japanese relations, Sino-US relations, regional issues, expressed their views and made off in Abe's speech on the night before, earlier rejected Japan's "theory of China threat".

没兴趣解决钓鱼岛争端
“中越南海问题中，没有美国的位置”
5月30日下午5时30分许，全国人大外事委员会主任委员傅莹亮相香格里拉对话会，率先在这个亚太地区最有影响力的多边安全论坛上为中国发声。傅莹当时参加了主题为“亚太地区安全和外交管理”的电视辩论，就地区安全形势、中日关系、中美关系、地区争议问题等发表了看法，并抢在安倍当晚的演讲之前，提前驳斥了日本的“中国威胁论”。
面对中国与日本、中国与菲律宾、中国与越南摩擦不断加剧，在将近一小时的辩论会中，傅莹多次提出亚洲增进互信，珍惜和平，以谈判解决问题的柔性诉求，但她也清楚表明，在中越的海上主权争议中，中国认为没有美国的位置。
谈到中日有主权争端的钓鱼岛时，她批评说，安倍上任以来就“没有什么兴趣要解决钓鱼岛的争端”，反而在进一步扩大争端，并制造迷思将中国渲染为一个会威胁日本安全的国家。她说：“我想他让这个区域里的人担心的一点是，他会修改日本的安全策略”。
傅莹强调，日本否认自身的侵略历史，更加剧了大家的担忧。
