“作为一名老警察，我很反感这种行为，警衔代表一个警察的荣誉，是身份的象征，这种不按规定，私自佩戴别人警衔、警号的行为是对这个职业的不尊重。”一位不愿透露名字的民警告诉记者。
据了解，李某某原来是延安市旅游局的一名科级干部，曾经是富县公安局一名干警。“李副局长十多年前是我们局刑警队的干警，后来调走了。”一名老民警告诉记者。在富县公安局，记者没有见到李某某，局办公室工作人员称，李某某请假了。李某某在电话中称，自己被任命后，警衔、警号还未审批下来，为了工作方便，才临时借用了他人的警衔、警号。
“李某某调入公安局后，因为没有警衔、警号，也就意味着没有执法权，不是正式警察身份。目前还没有相应的分工，因为李某某不是局党委成员，所以也没有向市局(延安市公安局)汇报。”富县公安局局长肖江告诉记者。
