保定：
高校门前斗“暴徒”
模拟的突发事件发生在保定某高校。该校位于保定市北市区，在校师生1.2万余人，周边商铺林立、人员密集。由武警、特警、治安警组成的联勤武装巡逻小组在校园周边开展常态化巡逻。
校门口学生来回走动，一处水果摊前，很多学生下课后正在和老板侃价购买。一辆白色轿车由东向西缓慢驶来，在校门附近停下，车上下来三名精壮男子，突然间抽出砍刀，砍向周围毫无防备的学生和群众。
瞬间，现场大乱，人群惊恐地四处逃散。
联勤武装巡逻小组发现情况异常后，立即赶赴现场，并向保定市公安局指挥中心报告，请求支援。
见“暴徒”正在砍杀群众，巡逻民警立即鸣枪示警。“暴徒”不仅毫无收敛，反而挥刀砍向民警。见此情景，民警果断开枪，将一名“暴徒”当场击毙。

秦皇岛：
首次模拟处置连环爆炸
保定的演习刚结束，秦皇岛模拟现场印有某宾馆字样的建筑物响起了爆炸声，紧接着腾起了浓烟，紧挨着宾馆的模拟供水、供气管道也出现了外漏。
武警装甲车赶到现场后，消防、燃气抢修分队和自来水抢修分队、120急救中心的医护人员先后到达。根据爆炸现场处置要求，气象、环保应急分队也赶赴事发现场。

刑警勘察人员则利用特种光源、爆炸现场勘查箱等设备，在现场周边寻找爆炸残留物、提取痕迹物证，为案件侦破提供依据。
现场搜排爆后，供水、供气应急抢修分队迅速展开抢险作业，对被炸毁的管道进行修复。
这也是河北反恐演习中，首次涉及供水、供气设施的损坏。
石家庄：
多项特殊装备亮相
记者从演习中看到，此次大规模的反恐演习现场，动用了之前很少出动的特种装备车辆，标印着装甲、特警字样的黑色特种车辆，从外部基本看不到车内情况。车辆外壳厚重，逼停歹徒车辆过程，多涉及拦截撞击，装甲车几乎毫不费力。
装甲车上下来的武警，披着绿色的伪装，和《士兵突击》中的老A装备极像，这样的装扮可在实际处置中，起到掩护作用。
在拦截歹徒车辆的过程中，警方动用了多款装备，有伸缩式车辆阻截器等。
石家庄市公安局特警支队和市武警支队在石家庄火车站集结时，配备了全套的特警装备，其中包括：防暴头盔，保护执行公务时抵御头面部受到伤害或其他潜在的伤害(如泼洒腐蚀性化学液体)；手套，作用主要在作战时体现出来，防止手出汗握枪不稳，攀爬时也可以防止割伤手；战术背心，兜很多，方便放一些东西，如弹夹、手榴弹、爆震弹等，长期执勤还可以放食物和备用电池；腰带，分为内腰带和外腰带，内腰带主要用来扎裤子，外腰带也叫武装带，实际上是方便挂各种装备用的；警用作战靴，靴筒略厚，因为警察执勤站立时间长，靴筒厚对脚踝的支撑更强。此外，还有催泪喷射剂、强光手电、警用刀具等。
