This year's Government work report, firmly declared war on pollution. This fully reflects the party and national awareness of the urgency and magnitude of pollution underlines the people first and governing for the people's feeling of purpose and a strong sense of responsibility as the spirit, indicating a strong will and firm commitment to strengthen ecological and environmental protection.
The "Liu·Wu" theme for world environment day in China "declared war against pollution", is designed to further enhance public awareness of environmental protection, advocated society to act together to fight pollution of the battle and a protracted war.
In China, the world's largest developing country, while rapid economic development, is also facing unprecedented problems of resources and environment challenges. Develop daily penalties, seizure arrest as soon as possible new measures, such as law enforcement, interpretation, guidance and related law enforcement organizations to develop supporting measures, public interest litigation, administrative detention, administrative accountability, coordination and convergence of environmental management work in criminal cases, ensure that the new environment protection act are enforced.
Strengthening the institutional guarantees of declared war against pollution, to deepen the eco system as an opportunity to establish a rigorous monitoring system emissions of all pollutants the environmental protection organization.
