On June 8, Minister Wang Yi told the India Hindus resident correspondents of the newspaper an interview with Anant. Reads as follows:

1, Foreign Minister Wang Yi here India Chinese official's visit to India for the first time since the formation of the new Government. How Chinese view with new prospects for cooperation of the Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Morgan?

Answer: I am honoured to be in India at the beginning of formation of the new Government, as the President XI Jinping, the Special Envoy visited India. I have visited this beautiful country many times, this trip different, it was a trip to convey information, make friends tour, trip to consolidate the friendship and journey to seek cooperation.

I am pleased to see that India that once gave birth to the splendid civilization of the ancient land, is full of new vitality and energy. MODI took office less than two weeks, Prime Minister, new Government had to show the determination and courage to promote reform and seek friendly cooperation with foreign goodwill and enthusiasm. The international community again focusing on the "India opportunity" to India is confident for the future development.

As India's friendly neighbor, China also views India as opportunities for development. Printed with Oriental ancient civilization and present in similar stages of development, all in pursuit of national rejuvenation of big dreams. Dreams of China and India dreams humanely and mutual agreement. We are partners for a long time, can and should be doing much more closely to the development partners. My visit to the India people's most important message is that dreams in your country to speed up reforms and development, the pursuit of national day, China, are willing to stand with you together. We have to be prepared, with India a friend cast a bright future for the Sino-Indian strategic cooperative partnership.

2, how to understand the overall situation of Sino-Indian relations, Wang Yi, Minister? President XI Jinping, will be the second half of this year to visit India?

Answer: since entering the new century, Sino-Indian relations have entered a track of healthy development. China is satisfied with the achievements of bilateral ties in recent years, with confidence and anticipation for the future development of bilateral relations.

Our confidence comes from the leadership to the development of the two countries attach great importance to Sino-Indian relations, which is the most important forward momentum of bilateral relations. The MODI's Prime Minister after his inauguration, President XI Jinping send me as soon as the Special Envoy visited India. Li sent a message to Prime Minister the first time, and telephone conversation with Prime Minister MODI. Official visit to India President XI Jinping, expected to be in the year. All these fully demonstrate the commitment of both leaders to enhance Sino-Indian political mutual trust and great sincerity and determination to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation. Believe that under the joint efforts of a new generation of leaders in China and India, will open up a new era of Sino-Indian relations forward, reached new heights.

We look forward to from the infinite potential of Sino-Indian cooperation. Since entering the 21st century, bilateral cooperation has witnessed rapid development in various fields, such as volume increased by more than 20 times, and personnel exchanges have increased nearly twice times, India direct flights every week from 0 to 45. But for the 2.5 billion people in India and China, now, cooperation is far from the scale and level. Cooperation between China and India just as a show-only tip of the iceberg, great treasures waiting to be discovered, an ongoing savings energy, waiting for a pot of giant volcanoes, longing and yearning.

Sino-Indian relations are the 21st century's most dynamic and most promising bilateral ties. As two important forces in the world multipolarization process and achieving peaceful development and cooperation development between China and India, inclusive development, will not only bring enormous well-being for the peoples of the two countries, and to maintain peace in Asia and the world, and contribute more to the issues of development to address all.

3, Wang Minister believes that Sino-Indian cooperation in areas where there are new space?

Answer: I believe that in three major opportunities for practical cooperation in China and India:

Is the synergy opportunities. China and India are the global manufacturing and services power the two economies are crafting, complement each other. Chinese companies in the fields of infrastructure construction, manufacturing experience, can India play a role in the development in these areas, cooperate together to create highlights. We also welcome the India advantage companies greater access to the Chinese market, look for cooperation opportunities. In addition, mutual investment, financial services, high-tech and other fields are also expected to become complementary cooperation between growth points.

Second, the opportunities for economies of scale. In China and India is the world's largest and second-largest population, combined population of more than one-third of the world. The vastness of the two countries, diversity of civilizations and industrious people, and ascent are in rapid growth of the economy on track. Flow of these two economies once the successful docking, emerges the tremendous economies of scale, forming the most competitive production base in the world, the most attractive consumer market, a growth engine with the most driving force.

Third, opportunities for regional and global cooperation. India fellow BRICs and emerging economies, there is every reason and sense of responsibility to regional economic integration, interconnectivity and global free trade, energy and food security, climate change, strengthen cooperation for Asia and contribute to the prosperity of the world economy.

I believe that as long as we dream something, strategy, market integration, hearts printed, printed two major ancient civilizations together to realize national rejuvenation in the day will come soon, revitalization and prosperity of Asia century would demonstrate in front of the world as soon as possible.

4, last year, India, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during his visit to China, China and India signed a border cooperation agreement, how Chinese view agreement and the current situation in the border areas?

A: the border issue is indeed a problem, but as long as both sides have the will and determination, will eventually find a way. The past more than 30 years, through the joint efforts of the two countries, the Sino-Indian border areas had remained generally peaceful and stable. Practice has proved that as long as we respect and accommodate each other's concerns, through regulatory differences by means of dialogue rather than confrontation, will fully be able to properly handle border issues, to minimize the impact of this issue on bilateral relations.

Last year the two sides signed a border cooperation agreement, is based on the original series of mechanisms involved, further enhance communication efforts, properly regulated and important differences, and conducive to promoting direct contacts between border troops of both sides and mutual trust, promoting peace and tranquillity in the border areas.

There are inevitably some problems left over by history between neighbouring countries or real interests inconsistent. But I would like to stress is that, in relation to India and China, our strategy is far more consensus than differences, our cooperation needs to be first. Neighbor cannot choose but would foster friendship; questions that cannot be avoided, but the answer can be innovative, history cannot be rewritten, but the future could be shaped.

5, on trade relations, the two sides have been discussing in India set up an industrial park in China, you take introduces us to the progress of the project?

A: the cooperation of the industrial park is one of the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries. Capable of sustained and rapid development in China's economy in the past more than 30 years one of the most important lessons is through the establishment of development zones, with preferential policies to attract foreign investment, promote the development of industrial clusters. China is ready to work with the Indian side to share experiences and work together.

At present, the relevant departments of the two countries are actively negotiating with regard to protocols for cooperation of the industrial park, is expected to agree on a text and an early sign as soon as possible. China had visited mission to the site of the industrial park. As far as I know, some Chinese enterprises have been one step ahead, starting in the Indian construction industry Park. Enterprises should be encouraged and strengthened the policy direction of the Government of the two countries. Hope India will provide Chinese enterprises with more preferential policies and investment facilitation, promoting bilateral cooperation as soon as possible a substantive outcome of the industrial park, to create iconic projects in pragmatic cooperation between China and India.

6, the final question, because China and India face common challenges in the fight against terrorism increased, China believes that both sides could strengthen cooperation on counter-terrorism issues?

Answer: recently, China's spate of numerous serious cases of terrorist attacks of violence in the territory. India Government public position, standing together with the Chinese side, and condemned acts of terrorism. Expresses its deep appreciation to the Chinese side.

Terrorism is the public enemy of mankind, the origin of complex solutions requires a long and difficult process. This need for international solidarity and cooperation, together for the eradication of terrorism and safeguarding regional and world security and stability efforts.
