The two sides welcomed the signing of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of transportation.

Both sides will follow the spirit of the Sino-British Memorandum of understanding on offshore wind energy, strengthened in offshore wind energy technology, construction standards, financial support of pragmatic cooperation, jointly set up offshore wind energy technology training center.
