Audit Commission： human social Ministry transfers to be approved for a trial almost 40 million

Beijing, June 25, according to the National Audit Office's Web site, released today by the Audit Commission Ministry of human resources and social security budget performance and other financial income and expenditure audit results. Other major problems in the budget of the Department of human and social: until the end of 2012, part real account reflected in the fixed assets amounted to 79 2.5204 million Yuan, but financial accounts reflects only 75 of 8.4184 million Yuan.

Reports on the above issues, the Audit Commission audit reports have been issued according to law. On expanding the scope of spending issues and requirements related to the adjustment of accounts; an unauthorised, transfers between different projects on the use of budget funds, requiring truthful accounting for project expenditure; on fixed asset ledger accounts does not match the problem requires stocktaking of basic working standards should be strengthened to ensure account reconciliation line. Audit finding related to alleged violation of matters has been transferred to the relevant departments for further investigation and treatment.

According to the audit found problems, the Audit Commission recommendation: Department of human resources and social security should strengthen budget management and strictly enforce the budget, according to the budget, standardize financial management.
