China pushed the new version ten lines map mining show sovereignty over the sovereignty of South China Sea South China Sea | | Philippines _ news

Reference news network on June 26, said foreign media, China launched a new vertical version of the national map, including South China Sea Islands, in order to "better performance" of its territorial sovereignty claims in the region.


According to the website of the Philippine Daily Inquirer reported on June 25, the Xinhua News Agency published by Hunan map publishing house launched the new map images, and said "in South China Sea and the island with the Mainland for the same scale."


Reports that this map indicates that China adopted in Viet Nam, and Malaysia, Brunei and Palawan of the Philippines and the coast of Luzon region labeled "ten lines" (the map uses a "ten lines" rather than the commonly used "nine lines"), emphasizing its sovereignty over the South China Sea claims.


Reports said Philippine Chinese claims of sovereignty over the region have been instituted proceedings before the International Tribunal.
