The National Audit Office： Post Office projects entrusted to the independent research and development company

　　Post budget performance and other financial income and expenditure audit results

(A) the major problems in the implementation of the budget.

According to the audit found problems, the Audit Commission proposal: Post Office should further standardize budget compilation work, detailed budgeting, and strict budget implementation, strengthening the outsourcing project management, strictly implement the Government procurement activities, strengthen budget of whole-process supervision, improve the budget management and efficiency.
