By the end of 2013, Chinese Communist Party a total of 86.686 million, 1.559 million increase over the previous year, representing an increase of 1.8%.

4.304 million existing grassroots organizations of the CPC, 102,000 more than the previous year, representing an increase of 2.4%. Grass-roots party 203,000, 265,000 total branches, branch 3.835 million.

　　First, the party

Members of the gender, ethnicity and qualifications. Female members 21.09 million, accounting for 24.3% of the total number of party members, the proportion of 0.5% compared with the previous year. Minority members 5.954 million, accounting for 6.9% of the total number of party members, the proportion of 0.1% compared with the previous year. College degree or above members of the 36.068 million, 41.6% per cent of the total membership, the proportion of 1.6% compared with the previous year.

Party member's age. Members 22.376 million aged 35 and under, the proportion of 0.2% compared with the previous year; members 17.673 million aged 36 to 45 years old, the percentage was flat with the previous year and 46 to 59 years of age members 23.597 million, over the same period the proportion dropped 0.7%; party members aged 60 and over 23.041 million, the proportion of 0.5% compared with the previous year.

Party party time. The party of sex, ethnicity, age, and education. Development of women members of 947,000, recruit party members account for 39.3%, the percentage declined from the previous year to 0.4%. Development of minority members 202,000, recruit party members account for 8.4%, the proportion of 0.1% compared with the previous year. Developing members 1.968 million aged 35 and under, recruit party members account for 81.7%, the percentage was flat with the previous year. Development of college or above members 871,000, recruit party members account for 36.2%, the proportion of 3.7% compared with the previous year.

The party career. 175,000 workers (migrant worker 7,978), agro-pastoral fisherman 426,000 (including migrant business of 28,000), professional technical personnel of enterprises of 147,000, 120,000 business management, institutions, management of private non-enterprise units, professional technical personnel of 240,000, party staff of 113,000, a total of 946,000 students, and other professionals, 242,000.

Work in production, and the new social stratum into the party. 2013 national working in production and development members 1.098 million; flood, disaster relief and other urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy development under special circumstances members 309; in the new social stratum into the party of 14,000.

City streets, towns, communities (neighborhood), formed the party. All 7,454 in city streets, 7,448 established party organizations, accounting for 99.92% of the total number of city streets. 32,975 Township, 32,972 established party organizations, accounting for 99.99% of the total number of villages and towns. 90,799 community (neighborhood), 90,443 party organizations have been established, covering community (neighborhood) of the total 99.61%. 584,172 formed in the village, 583,975 has established party organizations, formed the village account for 99.97%.

Party organization offices and institutions. 236,000 units in the country, 235,000 established party organizations, departments and units to account for 99.6%, the proportion of 0.1% compared with the previous year. 560,000 units, 508,000 established party organizations, institutions account for 90.7%, the proportion of 1.2% compared with the previous year.

Enterprises ' party organizations. Country's 215,000 in private firms, 195,000 have established party organizations, 90.8%, the proportion of 0.1% compared with the previous year. 2.784 million non-public-owned enterprises, 1.627 million party organizations have been established, 58.4%, the proportion of 4.1% compared with the previous year.

Social organization party. 275,000 social organizations in the country, 115,000 party organizations have been established, 41.9%, the proportion of 6.8% compared with the previous year.
