Dalian oil pipeline burst， construction fault-no injuries

"Dalian oil pipeline burst" today at around 18:30, near Dalian, Jinzhou district, Dalian University construction of PetroChina pipeline was cut off, leading to the leak, leaking oil caused at least one fire, there are no casualties.
