According to Reuters, recently approved by the Chinese Commerce Ministry's antitrust Bureau of the Lenovo Group for $ 2.3 billion deal to buy IBM low-end server businesses.

Lenovo announced its acquisition of IBM in January this year, lower-end server business plans not long ago, Lenovo CEO Yang yuanqing said the deal will be completed before the end of this year. Currently it also requires United States regulators for approval.
