Outsourcing of Sichuan in compulsory school canteens are not allowed

Rice, flour, oil, eggs, milk and other staple foods and raw materials, should be determined by means of public tenders or designated procurement supplier. Procurement, storage, and use of nitrite is strictly prohibited.

This approach also requires, establish a daily morning check system, strictly limit the school canteen management bodies, require compulsory school cafeteria by school management, unified management, and shall not be contracted.
