Lihaihua Biography:

Lihaihua, male, born in August 1957, Han, Hubei xiaonan, and on-the-job postgraduate study. Joined the CPC in October 1976. In January 2012, xiaogan city, has served as Director of the Standing Committee, three sessions of the Committee in xiaogan city.
