公告称，该公司认购亚博科技共4,817,399,245股认购股份（按认购价每股认购股份0.3478港元计算），有关股份占当前公司已发行股本约102.85%及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后公司已发行股本约50.70%；另外，还认购本金总额为712,582,483港元的可换股债券，有关债券赋予债券持有人权利按初步换股价每股换股股份0.3478港元认购最多2,048,918,721股换股股份。
认购完成后，阿里巴巴将持有亚博科技59.45%的股份。
以上两项认购金额分别为1,675,417,517港元及712,582,483港元，总金23.88亿港元，约合20亿元人民币。
