“如果说网络剧内容整体标准提高之后，涉及到能否达到标准要求，网络播放平台与内容生产者进行合作的时候，需要对内容采买要求和能力有进一步提升。”庞亿明说。
分级制度落地难
随着网络剧越来越火，题材越来越丰富，越来越多的人开始喜欢看网络剧，广电总局势必会对这些内容进行一定的把控。“规范了播出平台，无论是网络还是电视台，最后都会倒逼内容制造的规范化，工业化生产，这对IP产业链上的前端会起到一个矫正和引导作用，形成良性循环，此后，剧作的品质会得到提升，到时候良心剧就很普遍了。” 林苑中说。
