第四梯队主要是资源输出国,包括OPEC(石油输出国组织)、非洲、拉美等国。

在中国经济下行压力不断加大的今天,许多人为服务业超越制造业成为国民经济第二大产业而欢呼,甚至认为中国可以逾越工业化发展阶段,直接进入以服务业为主导的经济结构。对此,苗圩认为,不管是从历史经验还是现实情况来看,这都是脱离实际的一种观点。

看看全球科技实力排名,中国还差多远

第一名:美国

迄今为止,美国的大学汇集了全球70%以上的诺贝尔奖获得者。

在全球最顶尖的20所大学中,按科学贡献度计算,美国占了17所(清华大学大约排名在600名左右)从麻省理工到加州理工,培养了全世界最好的工程师和最顶尖的科学家。

日本拥有很多大集团和大公司,如东芝,三菱等等,这些公司都拥有很强悍的科研实力,日本注重细节的精神让他们的产品在市场上拥有更好的用户体验,从而占据市场,这也让他们拥有更多研发经费。从开始的仿造到后来的技术创新,日本的崛起成为亚洲的一个神话。

在20个关键科技领域,日本的排名都很不错,在材料科学,尖端机器人等等,日本都拥有巨大科研实力。

第四名:法国

除了诺基亚之外,芬兰,这个只有500多万人的小国,在20项关键科技领域,有17项排名前十,比如说计算机科学,大家都知道windows,但计算机专业的人一定知道linux!芬兰教育水平,科技水平始终居于世界前列。

美国国防部的报告指出,芬兰是世界上向中国转让高科技技术最多的国家,中国方面公开的资料则说,芬兰是中国在北欧的第二大技术转让方。

第七名:以色列

具有犹太血统的人获得了很多诺贝尔奖,但很多人可能不知道,以色列不但在军事上强悍,在科学技术上,他们也同样的强悍,虽然他们很多的军事装备来自于美国。但他们同样也帮助了美国的科研人员对武器装备进行研究和改进。

以色列有很高的教育水平,24%的劳动人口拥有研究生以上的学历,居全球第一。

在过去的十几年中,以色列科学家在很多领域都取得了杰出成就,对世界科技发展作出了卓越的贡献,尤其是在电子和化学方面。

美国很多高科技公司都在以色列设立研发中心,利用以色列人的聪明和智慧(与中国不同,以色列人参与并承担了关键科研和产品的开发)!

第八名:瑞典

诺贝尔奖的评委是瑞典人,而且能得到世界的公认,也就证明瑞典有一流的科学家,有能力有水平对世界最顶尖的科学研究进行评估(如果你没有这样的水平,没有人会承认你的评估)。瑞典只有900万左右的人口,但却有38%的劳动人口在高科技公司(比如说爱立信)就业,这个比例居世界第一!瑞典人也是世界上最热爱读书的国家之一,国民科学素质世界第一。

中国人想象中的瑞典是一个高福利的国家,人们过得很休闲,但瑞典实行极为严格的竞争教育模式,所有的课程按从易到难分为几十个级别,而不是按年级和班级区分。

在20项关键科学技术领域,瑞典有14项居于前十,19项居于前二十。

第九名:意大利

意大利人能设计出最好的服装,引领时尚的潮流……这看起来与自然科学技术没什么关系,但却体现了意大利人的创新能力。其实,意大利同样有阿古斯坦-维基特兰直升机,有法拉利、玛莎拉蒂、兰博基尼等超级跑车,拥有世界超一流的汽车制造技术。

意大利在奢侈品方面创新能力甚至于远超欧美,而最高端的奢侈品也往往代表着最高科技的应用。

当然,意大利的问题也很多,容易遮掩人们对意大利科学技术的评价。

第十名:加拿大

在20个关键科学技术领域中,加拿大有16项处于前二十名,4项处于世界前五。

第11到19名分别是:荷兰、丹麦、瑞士、澳大利亚、挪威、比利时、俄罗斯、新加坡、韩国。

值得一提的是新加坡。它不只是和香港一样的金融和贸易中心,事实上新加坡在科技和工业上花的心思比服务业还要多。

南洋理工大学是世界前三十名的大学。新加坡制造业有四大支柱产业:石化、电子业、机械制造、生物医药。世界第三大炼油中心和石化中心。新加坡是全球最大的自升式石油钻井平台制造国。从谋篇布局的角度看,新加坡比香港的眼光高远太多。
