2015年8月28日，贺州市工商局根据杭州市市场监督管理局移送案件线索，依法对淘宝会员“月光爱亭”经营的“山中白云烟台樱桃店”网络销售情况进行检查，发现当事人通过以“刷单”形式虚构交易额，为自己提升商业信誉，误导消费者。此行为涉嫌违反了《网络交易管理办法》和反不正当竞争法的有关规定，贺州市工商部门依法责令当事人立即停止违法行为，并处以罚款1万元的行政处罚。

2015年6月18日，消费者王先生在桂林市象山区食品批发城旭升洒业花3300元购买了6瓶五粮液白酒，后发现该酒外包装极为粗糙，怀疑为假酒，于是向消协投诉。
