百脑汇管理方广东百脑汇商业设施租赁管理有限公司相关负责人脱先生在接受记者采访时表示,公司对本次事件非常重视,在了解情况后,昨日也在第一时间将涉事的3A55号商铺封店,并会开除责任员工,同时还将对其他员工进行相关培训和教育。据了解,涉事商铺是伟联科技公司在百脑汇电脑城的其中一档铺位,而该公司其余17档铺位也于前日下午被商场关闭。
脱先生还对记者表示,为了进一步提高商场的售后服务质量,百脑汇计划接下来推出“先行赔付”的售后政策,目前仍在和相关部门讨论具体实施细则,“一旦落实,我们会对进场的商家收取一定的押金,在接到消费者投诉的时候,我们会先向消费者赔偿,再由商场向商家追偿,以更好地保障消费者利益不受侵害”。
