　　随着中国首部《反家庭暴力法》3月1日正式实施，家庭暴力再度引发社会广泛关注。该部法规表明，家庭暴力不再是法律之外的家务事，而是触犯了法律的行为。

　　北京市二中院提供最新审结的离婚案件中涉及家庭暴力的一组数据显示，2014年至今，该院共审结离婚案件826起，其中当事人受到家庭暴力的案件共80起，占全部离婚案件的9.7%。

　　北京市二中院民六庭庭长左峰介绍说，该院审理的80多起家庭暴力案件中，有78起是女性遭受家庭暴力，仅有3起为男性。而施暴者多为低收入人群，由于收入不稳定，生活压力大，容易产生家庭矛盾，进而升级为家庭暴力。

　　为何家庭暴力中受害者多为女性？左峰分析认为，男方在家庭生活中往往居于主导和支配地位，在身体上具有天然优势，一旦发生家庭矛盾，女方常常成为男方发泄的对象。

　　“引发家庭暴力的直接原因比较复杂。”左峰指出，由于家庭内部关系较为繁琐复杂，以及人与人的差异很大，家庭暴力发生的原因各不相同。婚姻基础较差、双方经济和社会地位差距较大、不良的个人习惯、社会压力等都可能是引发家庭暴力的直接原因。

　　北京二中院调研发现，在涉诉家庭暴力的案件中，未发现因单一问题引发的家庭暴力。家庭暴力往往由多种因素引起，或工作压力、生活琐事，或子女抚养、老人赡养、财产纠纷等。

　　左峰建议，受害者在遭遇家庭暴力时要勇于说不，在面临危险时可以向法院依法申请人身安全保护令；提高维权和保存证据意识，必要时可向公安机关请求伤情鉴定，并及时提出损害赔偿主张。(完)
