　　政府工作报告中提到，“十三五”要强化创新引领作用。张育林介绍，按照计划，中国在建造空间站的同时，将发一个单独的“光学舱”，在功能上类似“哈勃”太空望远镜，但视场是哈勃的300倍。光学舱将与空间站保持一定距离共轨飞行，需要补加推进剂或维护升级时，与空间站交会对接。“光学舱”在轨10年间，将以不低于“哈勃”望远镜的精度，拍摄到40%左右的宇宙空间。张育林认为，利用这些数据，我国科学家有望在宇宙起源、发展、进化等世界前沿科学领域取得突破。
