谈到朝鲜半岛局势，周尊南认为，中方在朝鲜半岛问题上，态度一直是明确的。
“首先是要稳定，我们反对在朝鲜半岛声战声乱，对于安理会的制裁，我们要认真执行，但制裁主要是针对核导能力，而不是民生问题。王毅外长讲得很对，我们会明确地把它界定好，并且进行监督。”

关于南海问题，周尊仁认为，南海作为历史固有领土，“多一分我们不要，少一寸我们绝不允许。”

在周尊南看来，王外长讲到的“一带一路”取得的成就已经很清楚了，有西方把“一带一路”当作对外扩张，甚至比喻成二战以后的马歇尔计划，这完全是是歪曲。
“习主席讲了，‘一带一路’不是中国的一家独唱，而是一个合唱，而且是有利于特别是发展中国家发展经济的需要。我们特别强调‘一带一路’是合作共赢共享，而且现在多国家非常欢迎。”
在周尊南看来，中国在中东既不谋求势力范围，也不寻求代理人，同时“一带一路”在这个框架下也可以促进这一地区的经济发展。
宽阔的太平洋，完全容得下中国和美国的发展

关于中美关系，周尊南认为，中美之间有合作也有分歧，这个过程还会存在，但要尽量把分歧变成合作，这样中美关系一定有前景。
“今年是美国大选年，我相信任何一个新上台的美国总统，都会维护发展良好的中美大国关系。
周尊南认为，中俄的全面战略协作伙伴关系，正处在两国关系历史上最好的水平，不会因为国际形势而发生变化。
“今年是中俄睦邻友好签约签订15周年，而且两国的合作越来越全面，越来越深入。随着两国关系的发展，政治上互相支持是没有问题的，经济上也会更多的合作。如果到俄罗斯去旅游，你会发现俄罗斯人民对中国人民是非常友好、非常热情的，这体现了我们是好邻居、好伙伴、好朋友。”
中日关系的关键，是日本把中国当朋友还是当敌人
在周尊南看来，王毅谈中日关系有一个新的亮点。
