新华社呼和浩特3月7日电 (记者汤计、王靖) 包头市中级人民法院7日上午公开开庭审理内蒙古银行原董事长杨成林涉嫌犯受贿罪、贪污罪、挪用公款罪一案，涉案金额超6亿元。杨成林的儿子杨海因涉嫌犯受贿罪、挪用公款罪，情妇张婷因涉嫌犯受贿罪同堂受审。
据公诉机关指控，被告人杨成林身为国家工作人员，利用担任呼和浩特市商业银行董事长、内蒙古银行董事长的职务便利，接受他人请托，为他人谋取利 益，单独或伙同杨海、张婷非法收受他人给予的财物，共计人民币3.07亿元；杨成林以非法占有为目的，两次骗取内蒙古银行资金共计人民币628万元；杨成 林伙同杨海等人累计挪用呼和浩特市商业银行、内蒙古银行人民币2.92亿元归个人使用，进行营利活动。涉案金额超6亿元。杨成林犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、 充分，应当以受贿罪、贪污罪、挪用公款罪追究其刑事责任。
记者在庭审现场了解到，杨成林曾向他人索要、收受钱财，为其情妇张婷在北京、内蒙古买房，为张婷的两个女儿购买200万元的保险；为给杨海装修 美国的房屋，杨成林向他人索要5000万元人民币；要求他人为自己买路虎车，收受他人给予的价值26万元的手机、价值37万元的照相器材；曾以出国执行公 务为由，带其亲人赴美国旅游，其间购买价值51万美元的铜马雕塑和猛犸象牙制品，回国后却要求下属从单位报销……
据悉，2014年6月，杨成林因涉嫌受贿罪被内蒙古人民检察院决定刑事拘留，同年7月经内蒙古人民检察院决定被逮捕。
