　　新华社北京3月7日专电 (记者丁静、王卓伦)全国人大代表、北京市常务副市长李士祥7日在北京团审查十三五规划纲要草案时透露，2015年中关村2万多家科技企业总收入占全国高新区七分之一。

　　李市祥说，北京创新资源丰富，中关村创新创业高度活跃。2015年，中关村2万多家科技企业总收入超过4万亿元，占全国高新区七分之一。

　　李士祥指出，整体来看，中关村融资环境明显优于全国其它区。但融资难、尤其贷款难的问题依然突出。对于中小企业创新发展，这一问题急需解决。

　　李士祥说，2015年，中关村收入在1亿元以下的企业获得银行贷款的不足7%，收入在2000万以下的企业获得银行贷款的不足3%。

　　李士祥建议，北京应在推进结构性改革中加大创新力度，进一步深化金融改革，实现资金链、产业链、创新链匹配融合。(完)
