同样是山西，当“通奸女市长”杨晓波的痛哭照片遍布网络时，我对这个群体的命运略有担忧，毕竟这是永远无法洗去的标签。她的父母、夫君、子女看到，又该如何面对熟人社会？
在数千年男权官场中，除却前唐与晚清偶有“逆袭”，关乎国运与史变的重大岔道，大都充斥着浓浓的雄性荷尔蒙。走到今天，权力场内震动加剧，对于女性群体的命运自有另一番观感。
恰巧在杨晓波案同期，听闻另一位女干部的自杀故事，更对官场生态心生怯怯。
自杀故事中的这位女主角，风姿绰约，谈吐清雅。她姓饶，是某地常务组织部长，同时兼任编办主任，是仕途可瞻的后备干部。2014年年底，她因车祸住院期间自缢身亡。
在这之前，饶部长发家的城市不低于五名官员自杀，所在市的两名常委卷入调查。仕途一向平稳的她意外陨落，引发诸多猜测，尤其是这样一位“代表组织的HR”。
官场自杀者众，但如饶那般决然的并不多见，甚至有“创业初期女党员的斩钉截铁”。
饶部长住的那家医院，院长刚刚自杀。她选择在凌晨四点追随。丈夫当晚有陪，半夜突然发现枕边无人，后在卫生间找到遗体时，发现妻上身赤裸。
饶住院源于12天前的一场离奇车祸。当次，她自驾私车从县城前往市府，在高速上被一辆重型罐式半追尾。警方事后对这起车祸进行了调查，据挂车司机介绍，饶的小车一时超前、一时落后，围着他绕了几回，最后一次超车突然减速，导致猛烈相撞。他停车下去探看，饶自称无恙，并说与他无关。

饶的职务中，最重要的倒不是组织部长，而是编办主任（本级最高人事权的执行人），这引起太多的疑问。

在中国，女官尤其是女性高官仍属珍稀。最近30年，女性只占全国省部及以上级干部比例的11%，其中正职省长的比例约3%，顶层至今空缺。此外，正职少、副职多，且集中在教科文卫部门，“不仅敏锐、实在，而且怀着对基层深深的人文关怀，常有温馨的一面。”
以男权为主导的中国官场，女官性别是把双刃剑，一刃是细腻谨慎的母性特征，一刃是晋升压力下的权色官市，前者是自然优势，后者则为制度恶果。当能力资本不佳，后者成了女性试图迅速崛起的不二选择，为“升职器”的产生提供了助力。
从生理需求来看，官员的家庭生活中多呈性疲乏，或曰交媾刺激衰退，会强化双方“红杏出墙”的冲动。当然，这在普通女人身上本有明显的表现，但她们缺乏身份的空间设置，而女领导多了一层“职务之便”。
深圳市检察院曾发布三年间女性职务犯罪基本情况，数据显示从2012年到2014年，当地立案查处女性职务犯罪54人，其中2012年9人，2013年18人，2014年则高达27人，虽然占所查处的职务犯罪总比例不算高，但其上升态势十分明显。
在这54名女性职务犯罪案例中，公安系统、规划国土系统、税务系统、教育系统、医疗系统占了绝大部分，罪名主要集中于受贿、贪污、挪用公款三种，其中部分受贿案件还同时触犯滥用职权、放纵走私等罪名。另有14人是贪污罪、挪用公款罪，比例达26%，远高于2014年全市职务犯罪比例中贪污罪、挪用公款罪所共占的8%左右。
从年龄来看，54人中既有20出头的参加工作不久的年轻女性，也有不少已是业务骨干甚至还有已临近退休。既有大专生本科生，也有数名硕士甚至博士。既有临聘人员，也有处级干部。报告认为，女性职务犯罪反映出的诸多问题让人深思，建议多关心她们的内心世界，“特别是家庭的温暖，非常有助于她们内心对于廉洁的坚守。”
目前的反腐态势，大体形成“纪委接连抓人、媒体集体鞭尸”的格局。先不论亲朋好友，能在这种压力之下存活的当事人，若非内心强大，恐怕就是非人类了，女性尤甚。
山西省高平市市长杨晓波的通报，是“与多名上下级长期保持情人关系”，这曾在陈良宇、薄熙来的通报中有过类似表述。男女官员在私生活上的“平权”，本属正常，只是社会接受程度至今裹步不前。换言之，官场提供的真实环境与社会提供的舆论环境，都不利于这个群体选择仕途。
正如深圳检方在报告中所言，女性职务犯罪“背后透露出的情感世界，让人五味杂陈”，“每一起职务犯罪都是一个家庭的坍塌，作为要兼顾家庭与工作的职场女性，确实很不容易。希望每一位女性公职人员，都始终如花朵一般绽放，而不要在最美丽的时节凋零。”
白云这样的命运，显然仅是本朝女官的一种形态。
与中国本土不太一致，国际语境下的女官生态值得关注。有观点认为，让更多女性参政有助于对抗腐败，因为女性不太容易受贿或者让个人利益凌驾于公共利益之上。
在秘鲁利马，萨布丽娜进行的一项研究发现，在2012年的民调显示，受贿是交警队伍主要问题的比例较14年前有大幅下降。这种变化，出现在官方招募2500名女警之后。
印度也看到了女性所带来的变化。1993年通过一项法律规定，村委会需要把30%的席位留给女性。世界银行的报告认为，这一变化导致印度有更多农村居民获得了洁净水、卫生设备、学校教育和其他公共产品，腐败现象也有所减少。
世界银行报告还发现，与男性管理的村庄相比，女性治下的行贿受贿比例较前者低三个百分点。当男性掌管权力时，资金主要投往大型建设项目，极易引发腐败，女性则把资金更多地投入到学校和诊所。
但研究人员认为，性别与腐败之间的关系远不是这么简单，本朝层出不穷的女性官员，在整个落马群体中的比例不低。这样的表述也许更接近现实：女性在开放、民主的政治体制中更有可能晋升至高位，同时，这样的社会难以容忍滥用权力和侵吞公款等腐败行为。
议会联盟提供的数据显示，在各国立法机构，女性目前所占比例达到创纪录的20.2%，较1987年的水平增长了一倍以上。例如，卢旺达议会的半数席位都由女性占据。尽管官员结构优化，但腐败现象几乎没有减少。
