　　港区人大代表团副团长马逢国认为，座位安排有变动很正常，去年特首述职时已是如此，而且其他地区，包括澳门地区的代表团也是这样，相信没有特别的含义，“我个人感觉，作为一个工作性质的讨论会，这样的安排更便于交流和作文字记录”。

　　港区人大代表团成员陈勇表示并未感到不妥，反而认为这种座位安排拉近了双方的距离，“有时委员长会直视我们的眼睛，这样更便利交流”。
