　　问：有评论认为，中朝贸易额约占朝鲜对外贸易总额的90%。执行联合国安理会第2270号决议的责任主要在于中国。你对此有何评论？

　　答：安理会第2270号决议指向明确，就是要阻遏朝核导计划，同时不影响朝鲜的民生和人道需求。决议中也写入要求重启六方会谈、以政治和外交方式缓和东北亚局势等重要内容，这是解决朝核问题的根本之道。因此，这个决议应该得到全面、平衡执行，不能刻意突出其中的某一方面，而忽视其他领域。同时，执行安理会决议是国际社会的共同责任，不是哪一家的事。中国会认真、全面执行决议。我们希望各方都切实、全面执行安理会决议，包括在重启六方会谈、不采取导致紧张局势行动等方面发挥积极作用。
