中新社北京3月8日电 (记者 陈小愿) 中共中央台办、国务院台办主任张志军8日在北京指出，不承认“九二共识”的历史事实，不认同两岸同属一中的核心意涵，就是改变两岸关系和平发展和台海和平稳定的现状，必将遭致两岸同胞共同反对。
张志军当天参加十二届全国人大四次会议台湾代表团审议政府工作报告，听取关于对台工作的意见和建议后作上述表示。
中共中央总书记习近平5日出席上海团审议时就两岸关系发表了重要讲话，强调中央对台大政方针不变，将坚持“九二共识”政治基础，坚决遏制任何形式的“台独”分裂行径，呼吁两岸同胞共同维护两岸关系和平发展成果，携手实现中华民族伟大复兴。
张志军指出，习近平总书记讲话总揽全局，内涵丰富，立场坚定，政策清晰，为做好新形势下对台工作定了调，指明了两岸关系发展的方向，引起两岸同胞及各方的高度关注和热烈反响。李克强总理在政府工作报告、俞正声主席在全国政协工作报告和7日出席全国人大台湾代表团活动中，也都强调坚持“九二共识”、反对“台独”，维护两岸关系和平发展和台海和平稳定。我们要深入学习领会习总书记等中央领导人讲话精神，坚决贯彻落实，为维护两岸关系和平发展和台海和平稳定作出不懈努力。
张志军表示，2008年特别是中共十八大以来，两岸关系和平发展取得丰硕成果。习总书记就对台工作提出一系列重要理念和重要思想，指导对台工作迈上新台阶，引领两岸关系不断取得新进展。去年习总书记会见台湾地区领导人马英九，实现两岸领导人66年来首次会面，将两岸关系提升到新高度，为两岸关系未来开辟了新前景。
张志军强调，当前两岸关系正处在重要节点，两岸同胞高度关注两岸关系未来发展。坚持“九二共识”政治基础，继续走和平发展道路，就可以不断开辟两岸关系新前景。不承认“九二共识”的历史事实，不认同两岸同属一中的核心意涵，就是改变两岸关系和平发展和台海和平稳定的现状，必将遭致两岸同胞共同反对。
