周鸿祎:我没办法阻止雷军用那种眼神看我

史小诺:但我看你那个互联网大会的照片,那会传得特别火,我就觉得你心理素质特别好,就是随时都能睡着的感觉。

周鸿祎:因为当时台上的讲话太无聊了,所以我就睡着了。

史小诺:你跟雷军挨着坐的,当时?

周鸿祎:我觉得我现在面对压力还可以,因为我经历过很多东西,但是我现在唯一还是有点控制不住愤怒,就是我还会对团队不好的表现表示这种愤怒,当然这种愤怒有的时候确实可能会让团队不知所措,所以我在想,我可能怎么去控制这种情绪?

周鸿祎:因为我花比较多时间在看他们做的产品,所以我对产品永远是不满意的,我对市场宣传永远不满意的,甚至我对他们的文案永远是不满意的,我老觉得为什么达不到我的要求?可能也因为是这种不满意是一种动力,但是也会给别人强大的压力。

周鸿祎:相比叫我周总,我更喜欢“老周”

史小诺:我看公司上下都叫你老周,叫周总吗?

周鸿祎:有的人会叫,我们也没刻意的去要求不要求。

史小诺:是还是不太喜欢叫总吗?是你倡导的一种公司氛围哈?

周鸿祎:因为我是做技术出身,创新文化其实最反对的是一种等级观念,比如说层级高的人或者级别高的人,他可能说话就更有份量吗?其实在创新的文化里是不对的,大家应该是比较平等地交流,所以我们还是一直比较反对叫什么什么总,你上面一叫周总,底下就会出来一大堆什么赵总、钱总、孙总、李总的,就全公司都是总了。

周鸿祎给员工带上了一个“金手铐”

史小诺:10%的股份拿出来作为激励员工,这个源头或者这个想法怎么产生的?

周鸿祎:我希望能让他们不是觉得在这个企业里仅仅是打工,他们真的能有一种合伙人的感觉,他们也是这企业的一部分。如果我们运气好,这个企业将来在资本市场上得到很好的回报,那不光我的投资人得到回报,那我觉得至于我的这些合伙人,我的这些员工也能得到回报。而且如果更深的来说,从今天来说,企业发展特别在我们这个行业最重要的还是人,最重要的是人的思想、人的创意,其实钱不难找的,对吧?我也很感谢很多股东给借了几十亿美金给我,那他们这个钱希望未来得到几倍的回报,同样为什么,其实真正创造这些价值的团队为什么不能得到类似的回报?我是一个比较简单的想法。

周鸿祎:我不是情商低,我的情商都是负的

史小诺:我看您书里说,把他黑白两道人全都得罪了,有人还说要杀了你,但是我看您出来好像也没带保镖什么的?

周鸿祎:当时我们做免费杀毒的时候他痛恨我,天天骂我们,中国人有很大的黑色产业链,像黑客啊,或者是那些天天在网上盗帐号的也很痛恨我,因为有360就给他们增加了很多麻烦。

周鸿祎:智商跟情商都高的很少见。

史小诺:您觉得您自己的情商不高吗?

周鸿祎:非常低,大家认为我不是情商低,我的情商都是负的。年轻的时候我不觉得情商低。

“争议”周鸿祎:这两年我不公开骂人了

史小诺:难道你不在意别人对你的看法吗?

周鸿祎:中国有两句话,一个叫三人成虎,一个叫众口铄金,但是反过来说我觉得有争议也未必是坏事,我觉得所有的企业家都变成了高大全的完美人物,都变成了道德圣人或者精神导师我觉得也未必是好事。

周鸿祎:你不可能让所有的人都喜欢你,对吧?所以我觉得有些人活得很累,他们都是活在别人的世界里,他们努力要成为别人眼中最好的自己,那就活得很累,我是觉得你只要做好自己的事,一个人有自己的价值观,有自己的道德底线,你去做事情,你只要自己做的事情是对的,而且确实这十年来我们360做了很多的用户,很好的事情,但是尽管可能由于年少气盛也好,由于这种脾气暴躁也好,或者这个城府不够深也好,我们确实曾经和很多公司特别是巨头发生过这种冲突,所以你在中国的文化里,你一个经常和别人发生冲突的人,大家是不问对错的,更多的就认为说你肯定有问题,所以带来一些争议,我觉得也是情有可原,但这两年我觉得我已经改善了很多。

史小诺:你觉得你改了什么?

周鸿祎:我基本上不公开地骂人了吧?!
