中兴方面是否违反美方政策

有分析人士指出，此次美国对中兴的限制还有更深层的原因。中国在科技领域这几年不断在“脱美”，比如在“棱镜门”之后，中国出于切实的安全问题，推动了一轮“去IOE”（IBM、甲骨文和易安信）的行动，这影响到了部分美国公司在华的收益；更大的原因在于，在华为、中兴等企业的影响下，美国可能会逐步失去对全球信息产业链至高无上的统治权，这使得他们不得不出台一些防御性的措施。
