国家安监总局局长杨焕宁 中国青年报·中青在线记者 白皓/摄 中青在线北京3月9日电（中国青年报·中青在线记者卢义杰） 2015年深圳光明新区特大滑坡事故是否有结论？有何教训？国家安监总局局长杨焕宁表示，目前为止，国务院调查组在现场勘查调查工作已经完结，目前在对个别问题进行深入论证，并对这些论证来修改完善调查报告。
杨焕宁透露，事故调查组还发现很多管理方面的问题，正在认真梳理这些教训，提出责任追究意见。
他表示，调查已经认定这是重大的安全生产责任事故，直接原因是建设者和经营者没有对渣土受纳场修建倒排体系，并且这个受纳场原来是有大量积水，没有排出就加载垃圾、泥土。同时受纳场附近还有小泉子，加上天气降水，使受纳场含水量超过负荷。之后又超量填渣土，在重力作用下，最后使受纳场的泥土渣土形成了滑动，并且地形本身南高北低，大量渣土在滑动层和重力推动下，造成了重大的人员伤亡和财产损失。
他表示，现在安全生产工作要加强，要提高全社会安全工作水平，非常需要全社会来提高安全意识，老百姓增强安全知识，在这个方面媒体会发挥很大的作用，很多事故的发生都是因为没有安全知识。
