2014年，辽宁举重队两名教练分别先后就队内的腐败、不公等问题向辽宁体育运动技术学院、辽宁体育局举报，但一直没有得到回音。其中一名年轻教练随后找到辽宁举重队德高望重的老教练、1984年洛杉矶奥运会冠军姚景远求助。面对辽宁举重队存在的诸多问题，并由此造成辽宁举重成绩一落千丈，这名奥运冠军再也无法坐视辽宁举重事业陷入危机，就此走上了举报之路。
记者近日在沈阳采访了姚景远及辽宁举重队另外两名教练，他们向记者反映了辽宁举重队存在的种种乱象，如有教练主管的运动员两次发生兴奋剂事件，该教练员不仅没受到处罚却仍被重用；某些教练员因兴奋剂问题被中国举重协会处以“禁赛”，却在“禁赛”内被辽宁举重队提拔；某教练员申报职称的材料涉嫌作假；队内管理混乱，排挤其他优秀教练，逼迫人才外流等。
这已经不是姚景远第一次公开举报辽宁举重队存在的问题了。去年3月，姚景远就曾经实名举报过有着辽宁女子举重“教父”之称的辽宁女队主教练姜雪辉，辽宁省体育局在接到举报后也曾表示要进行调查处理，但调查工作虎头蛇尾，一年过去了，对于姚景远举报的核心问题，并没有解决的迹象。
姚景远和辽宁举重队另外两名教练现在希望通过媒体曝光，让辽宁举重队内部存在的种种问题暴露在阳光下，从而真正引起领导和社会的关注。
为何重用“涉药”教练员
原辽宁女子举重队总教练、现辽宁女子举重队大级别组主教练姜雪辉执教过的运动员，曾两次被查出使用兴奋剂，姜雪辉作为主管教练也曾受到过两次处罚，在国家队的任职资格也被撤销。依照国家反兴奋剂的相关法规，姜雪辉应当终身禁止从事举重教练工作，但其在辽宁举重队的任教却没有受到任何影响。姚景远等教练据此提出质疑，辽宁举重队有法不依，为何对姜雪辉如此“器重”？
中国举重协会曾在2004年7月13日宣布，中国运动员尚世春因在2003年举重世锦赛上被查出使用违禁药物，被禁赛两年并处以5000元罚款，尚世春的主管教练姜雪辉被禁赛一年，并处5000元罚款。
记者近日从国家反兴奋剂中心查询到，中国举重运动员邢淑文曾在1994年举重世界杯上被查出使用违禁药物，当时邢淑文的主管教练姜雪辉遭到了停赛3个月并处1000元罚款的处罚。
姜雪辉执教的运动员两次在国际大赛中“涉药”，依照1998年颁布、2015年1月1日被《反兴奋剂管理办法》取代的《关于严格禁止在体育运动中使用兴奋剂行为的规定（暂行）》，“如该教练员负责训练的运动员发生第2例上述违禁行为，终身取消其教练员资格。”姚景远举报辽宁举重队在明知姜雪辉主管的运动员两次被查出兴奋剂的情况下，仍任命其为辽宁女子举重队的总教练、主教练，是违法违规的行为。辽宁举重队所在的辽宁体育运动技术学院和辽宁体育局对此如何解释？
姚景远等3名教练向记者反映，辽宁举重队内还有两名教练也存在“涉药”之后仍被重用的问题。
辽宁男子举重队小级别组主教练冯昌谦负责训练的运动员也曾两次被查出使用违禁药物，只不过第二次“涉药”事件是由相关人员“自首”，主动承认“投药”，就此免去了冯昌谦的责任。让人诧异的是，那名“自首”的运动员后来也在基层训练单位走上了领导岗位。
辽宁男子举重队大级别组主教练东峰，以运动员兼教练身份参加2009年全运会，并获得了男子105公斤以上级别银牌，但东峰随后被查出使用违禁药物，银牌被收回，辽宁代表团也被取消了2009年全运会体育道德风尚奖的参评资格。因为是在重大比赛中使用兴奋剂，东峰遭到了禁赛4年的严厉处罚，不过，仍在禁赛期内的东峰却在2010年4月被辽宁举重队所在的辽宁体育运动技术学院提拔为男子举重队大级别组主教练。
国家反兴奋剂中心相关负责人向记者表示，负责的运动员在重大比赛中“涉药”或是两次以上“涉药”的教练员，以及正在禁赛处罚期内的教练员，通常说来是不应该被提拔的，但对教练员的行政管理权是在地方体育部门手中，因此，国家反兴奋剂中心并没有办法去干涉地方对“涉药”教练员的重用。
国家级教练资格申报材料涉嫌作假
辽宁男子举重队小级别组主教练冯昌谦是国家级教练，但其申报国家级教练的材料涉嫌作假。
姚景远等3名教练向记者反映，依照国家相关规定，只有执教的运动员获得过奥运会前3名、或奥运会前6名并单项世锦赛或世界杯前两名的教练才有资格申报国家级教练。冯昌谦作为辽宁男队教练，从未培养过达到上述成绩要求的运动员，那么冯昌谦是如何被评为国家级教练的呢？
姚景远曾向有关部门提出，查验冯昌谦用于申报国家级教练的评定材料，遭到拒绝。他后来设法了解到，冯昌谦在申报国家级教练时，是将辽宁女队某运动员假借在自己名下，辽宁女队的这名队员曾在世界大赛拿过优异成绩，按照国家有关规定，这名队员的主管教练有资格申报国家级教练。
但女队这名队员的主管教练实际上是姜雪辉，而姜雪辉早就是国家级教练，因此并不需要这名队员的成绩再给自己申报职称使用。而冯昌谦却借此实现了职称的晋升。
姚景远等3名教练表示，在冯昌谦担任辽宁举重男队教练期间，辽宁举重队的男女队从来没有合并训练过，因此，两队的教练不存在共管某一个运动员的情况，这一点无论是辽宁体育运动技术学院还是辽宁省体育局都应该非常清楚，冯昌谦作为男队的教练，把女队的运动员成绩写入职称的申报材料中，明显是弄虚作假，可是辽宁体育运动技术学院和辽宁省体育局却均未查验出来。
内部纷争不断，逼走优秀教练
2006年，辽宁举重队曾发生了一起震动全国举重界的事件，辽宁队教练朱明武带着十几名运动员出走湖南队，这些运动员中就包括后来入籍哈萨克斯坦、成为奥运冠军的姚丽和赵常宁。朱明武的出走，是辽宁举重近十年来最严重的一起人才外流事件，却不是唯一一起。
近几年，辽宁举重队的优秀教练关咏梅去了福建、孙彩艳去了浙江宁波，这些教练培养的运动员成为了国内外各项赛事的冠军，与此形成鲜明对比的是，辽宁举重队的成绩持续下滑。曾培养出多名奥运冠军、世界冠军的辽宁，是昔日的举重大省，但2013年辽宁作为全运会东道主，举重项目上竟没有一枚金牌入账。
分析优秀人才外流的原因，真的只是因为辽宁的经济不行了，人才都被南方有钱的省市挖走的吗？在姚景远等接受记者采访的辽宁队教练看来，问题的关键是辽宁举重队内部环境恶劣，一些得势的教练以种种手段阻挠竞争对手。很多优秀教练无法适应这种糟糕环境，因此遭受排挤，最终被迫远走他乡。
记者联系到了两名从辽宁出走的优秀教练，其中一人明确表示，自己离开辽宁绝不是因为南方省市能给自己更优越的待遇，而是因为自己在辽宁队遭受排挤，根本没有办法再开展工作；另一名教练也无奈地表示，自己为辽宁贡献了那么多年，培养的年轻队员又已经开始崭露头角，那个时候，如果不是被逼得走投无路，谁愿意背井离乡，一切从头开始？
2013年全运会之后，姚景远等4名教练曾联名上书辽宁省体育局，表达了改变辽宁举重队现状的强烈要求；去年3月，姚景远等教练又在网上发公开检举信，希望有关部门彻查辽宁举重队存在的问题。记者也曾采访过姜雪辉，但他没有直接回应被举报的问题，而是称“姚景远是个神经病。”
但是一年多过去了，作为辽宁省举重队的主管单位——辽宁体育运动技术学员和上级单位——辽宁省体育局，均没有在彻查举重队的问题上给出明确调查结果。
记者从2月26日开始两次致电辽宁体育运动技术学院，提出了就姚景远等教练的举报一事进行采访的请求，但到今日截稿时间为止，辽宁体育运动技术学院以仍需要调查为由，表示无法给出答复。记者又在3月6日联系到2004年至2014年期间担任辽宁体育运动技术学院院长的姚守齐，他现在是沈阳体育学院院长，但记者以短信方式发送采访的问题后，姚守齐同样没有任何回复。
