南都：你怎么理解总书记这次讲话的要点？
孙亚夫：我也在学习过程中。我个人理解总书记讲话有五个要点：一是表明中央对台工作大政方针不会因为台湾政局变化而改变；二是强调在坚持“九二共识”的政治基础上，继续推进两岸关系和平发展；三是持续推进两岸各领域交流合作，增强对两岸命运共同体的认知；四是坚决遏制“台独”分裂活动，维护国家主权和领土完整；五是呼吁两岸同胞携手推动两岸关系和平发展，同心实现中华民族伟大复兴。
南都：两岸关系怎么能保持和平发展的态势？
孙亚夫：总书记这次讲话强调了两个关键，一是坚持“九二共识”的政治基础。总书记特别讲了坚持“九二共识”的重要性，即只要承认“九二共识”的历史事实，认同其核心意涵，两岸双方就有了共同的政治基础，就可以保持良性互动。
二是坚决遏制任何形式的“台独”分裂行径。关于这一点，总书记讲到这是“我们对历史对人民的庄严承诺和责任”。我们一直认为，反对“台独”分裂图谋，是两岸关系和平发展的必要条件。
南都：十八大后，总书记在多个场合提到了“命运共同体”，你怎么理解两岸命运共同体，两岸命运共同体应该怎么去推动和构建？
孙亚夫：这个问题问得好。从历史和现实各方面来说，大陆和台湾都是命运共同体。
从历史上看，大陆和台湾就是命运相连、休戚与共的。19世纪末，中国积贫积弱到了生死存亡关头，1895年清政府在甲午战争失败后被迫把台湾割让给日本。1945年中国人民取得抗日战争伟大胜利后，台湾得以光复，回归祖国。
现在由于两岸尚未统一，我们应该强调去培育和构建命运共同体。政治上双方都认同一个中国，这是最基本的前提；经济上加强合作，扩大共同的经济利益；文化上深化交流，增强文化纽带；人民往来上扩大直接交往，增进同胞感情。
更高层面上讲，就是两岸同胞共同促
谈两岸关系走向
进中华民族伟大复兴，使彼此越走越近，两岸关系越来越紧密，把命运共同体构建得越来越牢靠。
两岸关系处在塑造自身未来的关键时刻
南都：对5月20日之后的两岸关系，你持什么看法？
孙亚夫：关于这个问题，我谈两点看法。
第一，5月20日（台湾地区新任领导人宣誓就职日）以后两岸关系走势，跟新形势下两岸关系开局很有关系，开局怎么样，会影响未来两岸关系的方向和发展速度。当前的两岸关系处在塑造自身未来前景的关键时刻。
第二，民进党重新执政后，两岸关系发展是会遇到很多新问题新挑战，但我们有能力有条件维护两岸关系和平发展的大局，遏制“台独”分裂图谋得逞。这样说，是基于几个理由：
首先，大陆的发展进步是决定两岸关系走向的关键因素。以往两岸关系发展进程说明了这一点。今后，大陆继续发展进步、力量壮大，推动两岸关系发展的能力也会越来越强。
其次，大多数台湾老百姓是有中华民族和中华文化认同的，有和大陆开展经济文化社会交往的需求，就是有人想拦也是拦不住的。
第三，国际社会承认一个中国，这对塑造两岸关系发展的外部环境是有利的。
谈青年交往
鼓励两岸青年长期交流积累共识
南都：两岸青年应该有什么样的交往，才会有积极效果？
孙亚夫：长期以来，我们一直鼓励两岸青年交流。迄今两岸青年交流已有一定规模，也取得了很大的效果。但是，毕竟两岸年轻人生活在不同的社会环境下，很难期待一次交流就能改变彼此对对方的看法，特别是在重大的政治认同问题上。因此，还是要鼓励两岸青年进行长期的交流，相信在长期的交流中，两岸青年会增进相互理解，培养感情，积累共识，共同为两岸关系发展而努力的。
