陈先生说，他回家后经过网上对比，发现店员给他的配置完全是市面上没有的，而且都是2013年的产品。发现被骗的陈先生马上致电店员和店长，他们均否认七天无理由退货的承诺。陈姓店长甚至威胁道：“就是骗你几千块钱，你能拿老子怎样”。

管理方被指充当黑心商家保护伞

记者在长期的暗访体验过程中，就亲眼目睹了不少对电脑配件一窍不通的电脑小白被忽悠，高价购买了低配产品。3月2日，一名女子被伟联公司销售带到了3楼。这名女子之前在网上看中了一款酷睿I系列的电脑，她说自己从事设计行业，需要这款配置高点的电脑。但是店员拿来她指定的这款电脑，声称里面的问题多多，因为机器太老了，他们公司最近就收到很多退货，都是电脑突然机或者黑屏，质量不是太稳定，容易损坏里面的文件，根本做不了设计。店员接着开始推销奔腾处理器现在是最新最好的，并可以便宜一点卖给她。

记者在一旁发现，销售不断给这名女消费者洗脑，灌输大量“云里雾里”的技术名词，女顾客最终被说服，以4100元买下了业务经理推荐的电脑。但实际上，伟联公司是用低端的奔腾处理器冒充高端的处理器，价格相差千元。

一名大学生在百脑汇买电脑时，也同样被伟联公司忽悠。他事先想要买的一台华硕笔记本电脑，官网报价4000多元，但是伟联公司店员报价给他只有3000多元，而且凭学生证能再优惠200元。这名大学生很兴奋，跟随店员来到3楼总店。但是但他刚坐下，销售就改口数落这款电脑质量很差，列举其中的种种缺点，开始推销另外一款电脑。这名大学生付钱拿到电脑后，发现里面的配置比他之前想买的要差很多。他当场要求退货，店方却要求收取500元的高额开机费。

记者在暗访过程中，曾经被伟联公司不同的销售甚至是店长忽悠。当记者提出想购买某品牌电脑时，便遇到了类似的遭遇——先是称这款电脑很便宜，然后说问题很多，接着推荐另外一款更好更便宜的电脑。当记者提出需要看电脑时，他们只是拿出样板机，答复只能先付钱才能提货看机。记者趁店员不注意，打开他推荐的电脑，发现里面实际的配置要低得多。

记者跟随受骗的消费者前往百脑汇投诉中心举报，但是工作人员答复记者：“这个需要消费者自己小心，选购电子产品时应当货比三家，在详细了解商品情况后再行选择，避免听信店员的片面介绍。如果商家没有强迫交易，我们也没有权力处理，顶多只能协调解决。”

近日，南方日报记者从广东省消委会获悉，该委员会去年曾经发布投诉分析报告，百脑汇因屡遭消费者投诉被消委会直批“藏污纳垢”。其中，百脑汇多家商家因“强买强卖”和“忽悠顾客”被点名。

根据去年广东消委会的通报，这些消费者在百脑汇的遭遇都如出一辙。消费者确定购买了某一款笔记本电脑后，一般会让消费者先行交付定金。然后商家就会告诉消费者，该笔记本电脑系统不稳定，返修率很高。如果要购买这款电脑的话，消费者需要签一份协议，协议中规定如果出现系统不稳定的情况不能退换，定金也不退。与此同时，商家会不断向消费者推荐该品牌另一型号电脑。如果消费者不同意，则不退定金。如果发现笔记本出现货不对板的情况，则会遭遇店家推诿。甚至有消费者在销售人员游说下，购买的新电脑竟然是翻新机。还有消费者在百脑汇购买电脑等待取货时，商家要求消费者支付另外的价钱安装系统防护并购买屏幕保护贴。如果消费者当场拒绝，商家强行要求必须购买，否则就将无法取得电脑。

百脑汇管理方广东百脑汇商业设施租赁管理有限公司负责人曾经承诺，将对被投诉的商家进行整改，后续还会持续跟进，协调好商家、消费者两者之间的关系，给出最满意的答复。然而事隔一年之后，百脑汇的商家欺诈消费者的类似事件却愈演愈烈。
