　　信息时报讯 (记者 田桂丹 通讯员 祝桂峰 杨德倩) 昨日，记者从广东省国土资源厅获悉，按照该厅对截至2015年12月31日、近五年（2010年至2014年）批而未供和闲置土地处置不力的1个地级市和23个县（市、区）暂停2016年新增建设用地指标使用或土地供应。

　　据介绍，广东省国土资源厅对2010年至2014年近五年供地率未达到60%的肇庆市、河源市本级（源城区）、江门市本级（蓬江区、江海区、新会区）、茂名市本级（茂南区、电白区）、揭阳市本级（榕城区、揭东区）等4个市本级，韶关市始兴县、河源市（东源县、和平县、龙川县、紫金县)、梅州市丰顺县、汕尾市海丰县，湛江市雷州市、清远市英德市等9个县（市），除国家重点项目和民生保障项目外，暂停安排（使用）2016年新增建设用地指标。

　　对超过土地使用合同规定的开工时间一年以上未开工、且未开工建设用地总面积超过2010年至2014年近五年年均供地量的潮州市本级（湘桥区、潮安区）等1个市本级，河源市和平县、汕尾市陆丰市、肇庆市德庆县、云浮市罗定市等4个县（市），除国家重点项目和民生保障项目外，暂停新增建设用地供应。

　　整改结果经广东省国土资源厅验收通过后，报经省政府同意恢复安排（使用）新增建设用地指标或新增建设用地供应。
