张贵林说，吸引创业者聚集只是第一步，为了“呵护”企业快速成长，中关村门头沟园还专门出台了“门创30条”，推出了四大类补助办法，拿出“真金白银”支持创业者。针对双创企业资金普遍短缺的难题，园区除补贴3年房租、补贴宽带资费外，还设立了多种科技研发补助，最高可申请额度300万元，企业成功上市融资的，还可获得最高200万元的一次性补助。

靳文锋说，门头沟的租金比原来便宜了三分之二，办公环境从原来500平米的地下室换成了现在2200多平米的办公大厅。不仅公司的环境改善了，员工的租房成本也降低了。“原来在海淀区，一套两居室租金要6000元左右，而现在只要1800元到2000元，同时，公司还提供给员工住房补贴一个月500元。”
