这7起问题包括，平谷区大兴庄镇周村党支部原书记王合才，违反财经纪律，以他人名义冒领粮食直补款，用于村集体支出，王合才负主要领导责任。经区纪委常委会研究决定，给予王合才党内严重警告处分。
平谷区山东庄镇东洼村党支部委员、村会计杨淑凤，违反工作纪律，委托他人虚开发票。经区纪委常委会研究决定，给予杨淑凤党内警告处分。
平谷区医院后勤保障处车队队长杨印广，违反工作纪律，利用个人账户违规收取公款。经区纪委常委会研究决定，给予杨印广党内警告处分。
