京津冀未来3天或现中至重度污染过程

　　据新华社电环境保护部15日通报，受不利气象条件和污染排放的影响，14日全国338个地级及以上城市中100个城市空气质量超标。16日至18日前后，京津冀中南部、山东西部和河南北部部分地区可能出现中度至重度污染过程。

　　环保部环境监测司司长罗毅说，14日，100个空气质量超标城市中，8个城市空气质量属重度及以上污染级别，污染较重区域主要为新疆维吾尔自治区、安徽省部分城市。京津冀区域13个城市中，北京、天津、秦皇岛、唐山、邢台和衡水6个城市空气质量为轻度污染，廊坊、保定、石家庄、邯郸、沧州、张家口和承德7个城市空气质量为良。截至15日12时，京津冀区域13个城市中，北京、石家庄和衡水3个城市空气质量为中度污染，天津、秦皇岛、张家口、廊坊、唐山、沧州、邢台和保定8个城市为轻度污染，邯郸和承德空气质量为良。

　　罗毅表示，根据中国环境监测总站和北京市、天津市、河北省环境监测中心站空气质量预报会商结果，未来几日，京津冀及周边区域空气质量前期较差，后期扩散条件有所改善。16日至18日前后，大气扩散条件较为不利，京津冀中南部、山东西部和河南北部部分地区可能出现中度至重度污染过程；19日，扩散条件略有改善，京津冀北部、内蒙古中部和山西北部空气质量优良，山西南部和山东东部良至轻度污染，京津冀中南部、山东西部和河南北部以轻度至中度污染为主；20日至21日，扩散条件较为有利，京津冀北部和山东东部优良，京津冀中南部、内蒙古中部、山西大部、山东西部和河南北部以良至轻度污染为主。

　　北京市未来三天受弱气压系统控制，偏南风，回暖明显，湿度有一定增大，大气扩散条件较为不利，空气污染将逐渐加重。3月15日，地面高压后部，中层西南风，扩散条件较差，中度污染；16日，地面高压后部，高空西南气流，扩散条件较差，中度至重度污染；17日，地面低压底部，槽前西南气流，扩散条件进一步转差，重度污染。
