他说，这不是一般皇帝印在书画上的印玺，而是一枚代表康熙甚至清朝权力和治国理念的传承。
他说，“敬天勤民”印玺受到的重视不是印玺本身，而是这个座右铭能为清朝王帝的统治带来权威和祝福。
因此，他形容这是一枚权力之玺，而康熙是中国历史上在位最长的皇帝，他在位时，清朝权力相当显赫。
这枚印玺预定于4月6日拍卖，仇国仕说，由于太珍贵，他们难以估价，但相信起码从5000万港元（约合4187万元人民币）起拍。
届时同时拍卖的还有康熙的另一枚印玺和康熙宝薮。所谓宝薮，就是康熙所使用过的印玺的印谱，据说印谱有100多个，而“敬天勤民”印玺排名首位。
仇国仕表示，“敬天勤民”印玺由民间收藏，应该来自欧洲。
