　　现年55岁的王健英系大专学历，与徐龙同为浙江绍兴人。2005年，徐龙从浙江调任广东移动后，她跟随徐龙来到广东。徐龙被调查后，她也身陷囹圄。据悉，徐龙被控受贿的5宗犯罪事实中，有两宗与王健英相关，而这两宗事实就是公诉机关指控王健英的全部内容。

　　据指控，2005年至2006年，徐龙在担任广东移动董事长、总经理期间，深圳市嘉讯软件有限公司股东苏瑞分别于2005年11月、2006年7月，贿送给徐龙及王健英购买浙江省杭州市“栖溪名园”房产及车库款共人民币77.012万元。

　　2007年5月，时任广东移动市场部总经理的李欣泽为了能得到徐龙的关照和提拔，介绍徐龙及王健英向广州钜讯网络科技有限公司法定代表人丁永辉 购买其位于广东中山市三角镇“旭日华庭”楼盘的三个商铺，买入价相当于市场价四折，后由李欣泽安排他人以市价购买了这三个商铺，帮助徐龙及王健英套现获利 人民币331.696万元。
