　　原标题：我省发现一例输入性H7N9流感病例 专家：尽可能不去有活禽的农贸市场

　　2016年3月13日，我省确诊一例由邻近省份输入的H7N9流感并伴重症肺炎、严重脓毒血症并多器官功能衰竭（急性呼吸窘迫综合征、感染性休克、肝肾功能受损）多囊肾、多囊肝病例，从事禽类经营活动。省卫生计生委对此高度重视，已采取隔离救治病人、管理密切接触者、强化疫情监测和健康教育等防控措施。

　　专家研判认为：春季为H7N9流感的多发期，当前该病的流行特征和病原学生物特性没有改变，尚不具备人传人条件，公众不必过分恐慌。

　　专家提醒：在春季流感流行季节，群众（尤其是老人、小孩、孕妇、有基础疾病患者等免疫力较低人群）应尽可能不去有活禽售卖的农贸市场。防控H7N9流感，要做到“三要三不要”（要勤洗手：接触禽鸟后、饭前便后要洗手；要煮熟：禽肉和蛋要煮熟后再吃；要早就医：如果出现发热、咳嗽、头痛、全身不适等呼吸道症状，要及早到就近医疗卫生机构就诊。不要食用死禽肉；不要购买来源不明的禽鸟类产品；尽量减少与活禽不必要接触）。
