近段时间，关于干部转业安置的传言，有的说今年干部分两批转业，6月份以后还有一批；还有的说新的文职人员制度出台后，有的单位干部退役一律改为非现役文职人员，不再允许转业或自主择业，等等。国家和军队有关部门负责人解释说，这些传言均不真实。实行计划分配与自主择业相结合的转业安置方式，是军转安置制度改革的重要成果，多年实践证明是符合实际的，今后仍将是退役干部安置的重要方式。深化国防和军队改革期间，党中央、国务院、中央军委对做好军转安置工作高度重视，要求采取特殊措施和倾斜政策，切实把军队转业干部接收好、安置好、使用好。
