　　警方介绍，自去年10月中旬“神剑1号”专项行动开展以来，贵港平南县公安局通过各种形式发动群众积极提供涉枪涉爆线索。今年1月初，警方接到群众举报：大新镇大中村村民梁某勇在家中非法制造枪支并贩卖，并经常在自家中向窗外试枪。

　　专案组民警通过大量走访调查，对犯罪嫌疑人梁某勇的社会关系和活动轨迹进行了全面彻底的排摸核查，最终确定这是一个特大制枪贩枪团伙，并锁定梁某勇、蒙某军等8名犯罪嫌疑人，其中梁某勇家中就是制枪窝点。

　　1月26日凌晨，贵港市公安局组织143名刑侦和特警精干力量分往10个地点开展集中统一抓捕行动。由于梁某勇持有枪支，而且家中还极有可能藏有炸药，行动前专案组制定了详细周密的抓捕方案，确保万无一失。

　　当天凌晨4点，行动组民警从正门、三楼楼顶同时开展突袭抓捕行动。梁某勇在卧室听到动静正想起床查看，却被警察破门而入将其牢牢压在床上。经搜查，梁某勇的枕头下发现一把自制手枪。同时，在其家中还搜出自制手枪1支、弹壳9枚、射钉弹363粒、手枪转轮4个和其它枪支零部件，以及机床1台和其它制造工具一批。

　　当晚，其余7名犯罪嫌疑人分别在其家中抓获。整个行动警方共缴获枪支5支、自制枪械半成品31件、小口径步枪弹5发、改装军用子弹2发、12号猎枪弹1发、军用空包弹1发、空包弹3682发、钢珠117颗、钢管、弹簧等制枪原材料一批，氧气切割机、冲床、钻床、机床等主要机械设备34件、瞄准镜2副。

　　目前，梁某勇、蒙某军等两名主要犯罪嫌疑人已被依法逮捕，其他犯罪嫌疑人由于涉嫌吸毒被依法强制戒毒。
