　　3月15日，招商局集团有限公司与中国外运长航集团有限公司在京召开重组干部大会。国务院国资委主任、党委副书记肖亚庆携国资委副主任张喜武及十余司局局长共同出席。

　　肖亚庆在会后接受21世纪经济报道独家采访时表示，目前106家央企仍存在大量同质化竞争、竞争力不强的问题，还需要进一步重组整合，像中国外运长航集团以无偿划转方式整体并入招商局集团这样的重组模式将是未来央企重组的模式之一。

　　据介绍，2015年12月28日，经国务院批准，招商局集团与中国外运长航集团实施战略重组，中国外运长航集团以无偿划转方式整体并入招商局集团，成为其全资子企业。肖亚庆在会上指出，招商局集团与中国外运长航集团的重组是深化国有企业改革的重要举措，是加快建设世界一流企业的迫切需要，是更好实施“走出去”战略的重要途径。

　　肖亚庆要求，两家企业要进一步统一思想、齐心协力，加强领导、落实责任，积极稳妥地扎实推进重组整合工作，确保重组实现“1+1﹥2”的效果。在推动重组整合过程中还要加强经营生产工作，坚决打赢提质增效攻坚战，继续为中央企业稳增长和提质增效工作作出更大的贡献。

　　肖亚庆强调，两家企业要统筹做好各项工作，推动新的招商局集团实现更好更快发展。包括要更加注重文化融合、更加突出战略引领、持续深化企业内部改革和切实抓好企业党的建设。
