　　中新社北京3月15日电 (余湛奕 叶秋瞳)中国外交部发言人陆慷15日在例行记者会上称，中方注意到俄罗斯宣布从叙利亚撤军的决定，相信此举有助于解决叙利亚问题。

　　有记者问，据报道，俄罗斯总统普京14日宣布，俄将从15日起开始从叙利亚撤出主要军事力量。中方对此有何评论？

　　陆慷说，当前，叙境内停火协议总体得以落实，叙政府同反对派正在日内瓦举行和谈。中方相信俄方这一决定将有助于向国际社会特别是叙冲突各方释放积极信号，推动他们坚持通过对话谈判找到政治解决叙问题的出路。
