Need to draw attention to is directly driving license or exemption is renewed, shall conform to the relevant host countries driving license, age and condition of the body. This mutual policy applies only to its citizens on both sides, non U.A.E. citizens U.A.E. driving license, a non-Chinese citizen who holds a driver's license in China, mutual recognition does not apply for renewal of provisions. In other words, Chinese citizen who holds a U.A.E. driving license is not exemption renewal of driver's license in China.

China and Albania to achieve mutual recognition of driver's license renewal, for the enhancement of bilateral economic and cultural exchanges, facilitate citizen studying tourism is important. It is understood that the Ministry of public security will join the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other departments, further expanding in China and other countries and regions the scope of mutual recognition for renewal of driving licence, constantly improve the driver's license of international recognition, facilitated Chinese citizens from driving.

公安部:赴阿联酋旅游可持我国驾照直接驾车|驾驶证|公安部_新闻资讯

　　作为驾考改革新政落实落地的一项重要措施，2015年12月14日，公安部与阿拉伯联合酋长国内政部签署了《关于互认换领驾驶证的谅解备忘录》，明确两国驾驶证免试互认换领，便利双方公民在对方国家驾车出行。2016年3月14日，中阿两国驾驶证互认换领谅解备忘录正式生效。

　　根据谅解备忘录，中华人民共和国与阿拉伯联合酋长国双方承认对方核发的有效驾驶证，中国小型汽车（C1）、小型自动挡汽车（C2）驾驶证与阿联酋轻型汽车驾驶证可以免试互认换领。对于中国公民，在阿联酋境内长期居留、取得居留签证的，可以持中国驾驶证免试换领阿联酋驾驶证；短期停留的，可在签证有效期内，持中国驾驶证在阿联酋境内直接驾车，无需换证。对于阿联酋公民，在中国境内长期居留、取得居留证件的，可持阿联酋驾驶证免试换领中国驾驶证；短期停留的，可以免试换领与签证有效期一致的临时驾驶许可。需要提醒注意的是，直接驾车或者免试换领驾驶证，应符合所在国有关驾驶许可的身体、年龄等条件。该项互惠政策仅适用于双方本国公民，非阿联酋公民持阿联酋驾驶证，非中国公民持中国驾驶证，不适用互认换领规定。也就是说，中国公民持阿联酋驾驶证是不能免试换领中国驾驶证的。

　　中阿两国实现驾驶证互认换领，对促进两国经济文化交流、便利双方公民旅游求学工作具有重要意义。为落实好互认换领优惠政策，近日，公安部交通管理局专门下发通知，要求各地公安交管部门严格执行谅解备忘录各项规定，优化窗口办证服务，严格审核相关资料，加强路面执法管理，确保互认换领工作依法规范、便捷高效开展。同时，加强社会宣传告知，广泛宣传驾驶证互认换领的具体政策和要求，提示双方驾驶人遵守对方交通法律法规。另外，公安部已照会阿联酋驻华使馆，对赴阿中国公民免试换证和驾车提供同等便利和优惠。

　　据了解，公安部将会同外交部等部门，进一步扩大我国与其他国家和地区互认换领驾驶证的范围，不断提高我国驾驶证国际认知认可度，更加便利我国公民出境驾车。
