　　经过摸排和分析，考虑到公司主要负责人身份不明，服务器在国外，如果贸然行动，有可能无法形成证据链，警方决定暂时按兵不动，在外围做进一步调查，记者也重新回到“满天星”公司，根据警方需要，密切配合，提供相关信息。

　　◤抓捕

　　趁周末赌托都在一锅端

　　每到周末，是“满天星”公司最忙的时候，因为周末客户有更多的时间上网，是引诱客户网上投注的最好时段。因此公司要求员工，休息时间只能选在周一至周五，周末都要来上班，“这是提高业绩的最好时机。”

　　3月11日晚，警方通知记者，决定次日，也就是周六实施抓捕行动。

　　3月12日上午9时，记者赶到武汉市经济技术开发区（汉南区）公安分局指挥大厅内的办公室。这时，副局长胡文军已经召集了刑侦、治安、网安、巡逻及“满天星”所在辖区神龙派出所等部门的负责人，正在研讨行动方案。

　　为了不打草惊蛇，民警前期调查没有直接进入公司内部，只身着便衣在公司周边蹲守暗中观察，并通过物业了解了公司地形。为了避免查处时，有员工通过门窗逃 跑，发生意外，会上，记者手绘了公司内部的结构图：一进门是前台，右手边第一间房是人事部，第二间是会议室，第三间是陈某的办公室。左手边是赌托们工作的 大办公室，包括门窗的位置，供民警行动时参考。

　　这么多民警进入写字楼，势必会引起赌托们的警觉。警方于是调来运兵车，悄然进入写字楼的地下停车场。就在记者还在参加行动方案研讨会时，已有便衣民警到达“满天星”隔壁公司的办公室，观察“满天星”员工的到岗情况。

　　经过周密部署，胡文军率刑侦、治安、网安、巡逻以及辖区的神龙派出所约50名民警，决定实施抓捕行动。上午11时，记者事先进入到“满天星”隔壁的办公 室，等待行动开始。“不许动，都抱头蹲下！”上午11时06分，大批民警从地下车库，直接上到9楼，关闭总闸，断网断电，并展开抓捕。记者现场看到，公告 栏上显示，由于人员流动频繁，公司目前共有12名销售员。当天，民警暂扣了29台电脑设备，将公司里的人全部带回调查。

　　◤处罚

　　公司7名骨干成员被拘留

　　在抓捕现场，公司总监陈飞（化名）对记者称，他是去年12月10日才入职，开始自己也上这个平台玩，先是赢了一点钱，后来由于贪心，输了2万元，便不玩 了，一心假扮“白富美”邀请男性网友上平台玩。“听说你一个月提成拿了4万多元，骗别人的钱有无愧疚感？”面对记者的询问，陈飞并无悔意，反而辩称：“工 作需要坚持，客户也是慢慢积累的。”

　　公司前台彭小姐称，她才来半个月，底薪2000元，主要负责招聘，只知道是搞网络销售快消品，并不知道是非法网络博彩。记者当场戳穿其谎言：“当初就是你招聘的我，工作内容交待得很清楚呢！”彭小姐当场哑口无言。

　　昨日下午，武汉市经济技术开发区（汉南区）公安分局向记者通报了办案进展：经过连夜审讯，包括陈飞在内的7名骨干分子为赌博提供条件证据属实，警方对他们先处以行政拘留，接下来将根据进一步调查的情况，决定是否变更为刑事拘留。

　　另外，“满天星”公司法人代表张某，于前日中午在武汉经济技术开发区“一品香”小区的家中被蹲守的民警抓获。据他称：他目前在一家企业打工，身份证去年 掉了，估计是被别人利用了，他对“满天星”公司经营赌博的事毫不知情。警方透露，张某被抓时，尿检结果呈阳性。目前，张某因涉嫌吸毒被治安拘留15天，至 于其说法的真实性，警方还在进一步展开调查。

　　目前，警方正在进一步追抓“满天星”办公场所的承租人“阿布”。

　　民警提醒，初步调查，通过“满天星”网络平台投注博彩的客户，还没有一人中过大奖，基本上赢少赔多，请广大网友洁身自好，切勿参与非法网络博彩，警方将继续打击非法网络博彩等违法犯罪活动。

　　福彩互联网销售已全面停止

　　工商资料显示，武汉市满天星网络科技有限公司于去年12月2日成立，经营范围包括：计算机软、硬件研发及技术服务等，并不含销售彩票。

　　早在去年11月2日，重庆市福利彩票发行中心在其官网就已发出声明，根据相关部门的规定，该中心全面停止了福彩互联网销售，近期发现有个别非法网站和公 司假借重庆福彩名义，以代购、合买等方式，利用互联网销售福利彩票，该中心特别声明，未委托任何公司或单位以互联网方式销售彩票，请彩民朋友不要以互联网 方式购买，避免自身合法权益受到损害。
