首先是积极参加国际司法协助条约的谈判，为中国法院和外国法院相互开展各类司法协助，奠定法律基础。截至2016年1月，我国已与67个国家缔结刑事、民事司法协助条约、引渡条约和打击“三股势力”协定共121项。在这些条约的谈判桌上，都有我们最高法院法官的身影。签署的条约，也都经过了我们法官基于专业法律素养所进行的严格审查。
其次，就是我们通过办理各种司法协助请求，保护您的合法权益和我国的国家利益。前面周强院长所披露的数字，只是我们最高法院去年的国际司法协助办案数量。实际上，早在上个世纪80年代后期，我们法院就已经开始办理国际司法协助案件了。现在已经完成了由案件数量少到案件数量多，由民事协助到刑事协助，由简单协助到复杂协助的转变和升华。
再次，我们的法官积极参与国际刑事司法协助法立法和制定有关国际司法协助工作的司法解释，确保为您提供的保护落到实处。
今天的人民法院，已经通过其审判工作，发挥司法引领的作用，成为为高层次开放发展提供国际化法治保障的核心力量。国际司法协助，就像司法的护翼那样，将我们法院为您提供的司法保护延伸至域外，达到国际化法治保障的水准。护翼，司法保护之翼，别想歪了。
