《中国经营报》：现在的解决办法是什么？
宗庆后：去年下半年，国家抓了网络管理，就好了，你看司法解释，网站发布的内容，他们也要付责任，公开说的是另外一回事，但是你不能造谣。
以前让网站删掉都很难，现在你和网站说一下就可以，否则他们要付连带责任。以前找他理都不理。以前有四个网站，他们用标题新闻吸引眼球。
我们通过司法方法，抓了两个散布谣言比较多的人，有个人还在喝我们的产品，但是最开始的，源头的人没有查到，因为要公安部立案才能查。
