3月1日消息，今天晚上，vivo在北京水立方举行了新品发布会，正式推出了旗舰新品vivo Xplay5，这款手机凭借双曲面2K Super AMOLED、骁龙820+6GB内存组合、HiFi3.0等多个新特性吸引了不少人的眼球，在发布会结束后，IT资讯对vivo的产品经理黄韬进行了采访。
黄韬在接受采访的时候首先确认了vivo Xplay5会在本月16日线上线下同步开启预约，但是骁龙820+6GB的旗舰版本需要进一步的打磨，让强悍的硬件组合发挥更稳定。前期还是以推广vivo Xplay标准版为主。
由于vivo Xplay5是首部采用了曲面屏的国产手机产品，外界对这块屏幕也是非常好奇。黄韬表示，目前vivo Xplay5的曲面屏更趋向于一种外观价值，可以让产品变得更加美观，接下来vivo会进一步发掘曲面屏的痛点功能，如果可能的话，会在后续的系统更新中加入，如果需要加入的功能需要硬件的支持，那么vivo将会在下一代的Xplay6上实现曲面屏的多功能。此外，黄韬还透漏，接下来可能会有多家国产手机厂商推出曲面屏手机产品。
考虑到之前曝光的配备Win10的vivo Xplay5谍照曾吸引了不少网友的关注，IT资讯便询问vivo是否会考虑在接下来的手机产品上推出安卓／Win10 Mobile双系统。黄韬表示，vivo曾经考虑过这一问题并做过相关的市场调查，调查显示一般用户对双系统的需求并不强烈，他们更倾向于手机的实际体验效果是否满意，而安卓/Win10双系统更适合手机发烧友的胃口，所以目前vivo暂时没有做双系统的打算。
对于vivo Xplay5旗舰版突破4000元的售价，黄韬表示vivo Xplay5旗舰版的竞品主要有三星、华为的数款产品，但是vivo Xplay5的定位更年轻化，相比较前两个品牌的商务化，vivo Xplay5更符合年轻白领阶层的需求，比如HiFi3.0，超大存储空间、6GB内存等等。而且vivo接下来依旧会专注线下渠道，并将用vivo Xplay5去进一步拓宽线下市场。
对于vivo Xplay5为何更新周期变长，甚至在去年还砍掉了一款即将量产的vivo Xplay5，黄韬表示当时考虑到了多方面的因素，其中也有骁龙810难以驾驭的原因。至于本次发布会上亮相的vivo XE1000头戴式耳机，目前已经到了最后的产品完善阶段，接下来vivo会公布产品的售价及上市时间等信息。
